Post by: tweet on Wednesday 14 September 11 07:21 BST (UK)
Parents of John Thomas Page B, c 1905 Langley Mill / Heanor Derbyshire,
and marriage of John Thomas Page to a Harvey ? possibly  from another county ?
Hit a brick wall with the marriage.
Thanks in advance.

Hi

This could be his family in 1901:

78 Cromford Road, Part of Parish of Heanor, Langley Mill Ward, Derbyshire
RG13 /  Piece: 3148 /  Folio: 63 / Page: 17
Head: William PAGE 30, Railway Labourer, b Banbury, OxfordS
Wife: Sarah PAGE 25, b Langley, DerbyS.
Dau: Winifred PAGE 2, b Langley Mill

BIRTH: Winifred Maud PAGE - Mar Qtr 1899, Basford

Suggest you look for them - and John Thomas - here:
http://www.GenesReunited.co.uk/search.page/index/census_1911
(This search shows places of birth as transcribed)

Then search here (using the advanced search options, transcribed place of birth and 'other people in house' options - perhaps using Winfred as the 'other person' since her name is fairly unique):

Hi Tweet

You're welcome  :)

I've lived in NZ for many years now  - but  yes, a Kelper thru & thru!

We used to live in the house right across from the West Store, looking down onto the Whalebone arch. Still homesick after all this time!

Cheers
