If the 1881 census is correct she was born
c1871 c1877 in Ireland.

Will probably be hard to find the correct record without other details to verify you've the correct entry- do you have her father's name from her marriage certificate?

not got marrage cert was just seeing what info i could get before getting it

The Irish civil registration index is online and Bridget's birth should be listed but without knowing when and where she was born you'll not be able to find her in the index. The LDS also have some extracted Irish births 1864-1881 but again you need more information.

thank you very much looking at the 1901 census and looking at the birth records for galway there was only one possible birth looking at the age on the 1901 census so once again thankyou
-
Not sure how you can narrow down the possible births to only 1 (unless you have more details than what's posted here) but looking at the Irish births section of LDS site there are quite a few Bridget Gavins born c1871 in County Galway.

bridget was born 1972 in galway at the time of the 1901 census she was living in parr st.helens aged 28 the census was completed on the 31st march 1901 which means she would of been 28 at the time of the census the others would of been older or younger at time of census

Yes, but ages on census records are not always reliable. It's not uncommon for people to age more or less than 10 yhears between each census so you can't assume Bridget's age is correct. Having Bridget's marriage certificate (hopefully with her father's name and occupation listed) would help confirm you have the correct birth entry. If this is the correct family in 1881 census then Bridget's mother is also called Bridget (possibly with maiden name Jeefers/Jeffers?) and she was born c1877- apologies for mistake in my earlier post-
I can't see her in 1891, but there is this family in 1881
