is there any relatives still living in glenties area of Michael & Jane (nee doherty)Ward who were married in 1895 in sessioneil stranorlar and settled in Dunloe Donegal ?

Can't help you with your query directly, but you may find this site useful:
http://freepages.genealogy.rootsweb.ancestry.com/~donegal/
Glenties comes under Inishkeel in the Parish Projects section. You can post your Ward and Cunningham family name in the researchers section.
Can't find a Civil marriage, have you any more info? Did they stay in Glenties?
This is a possibility mentoned on the site above:
"Michael Ward and Jane Cunningham Household" in Dungloe, in 1911 It says they were in Glenties in 1901.
Cut and paste census details removed- please see this link:
http://www.census.nationalarchives.ie/pages/1911/Donegal/Dunglow/Dunglow_Town__Main_Street/901372/
Note: Family in Glenties 1901 - see 1901 census Glenties"
http://freepages.genealogy.rootsweb.ancestry.com/~donegal/1901glentiesgort.htm
Says that Joseph Ward (son) went to Scotland and had 11 children. Gives email for someone researching this family.
Is this the family? If so, let me know as I have family in Dungloe.

Irish marriage certificates only list fathers' names and occupations. See here for details included on marriage certificate-

When you get a reply, if any from Letterkenny, do let us know. Well worth contacting the researchers on Donegal resources. Here is the link to the page:

i have tried to contact the researcher on that page a number of times but with no joy, thanks.

Michael Ward b. 7 Jul 1864 m. (1) Margery McBreaty.
His wife died circa 1894 and he remarried I *believe* to a Jane
Doherty or Cunningham.
In 1901 he and Jane had three children Rose, Michael, and Annie.
He was a blacksmith, born in Carrickmagrath, Ballybofey, Donegal (or Killygordon, Donegal). 4th child of Samuel Ward and Margaret Kelly.
Brother to Patrick, Ann, Margaret, Samuel, Bernard, John, Mary, Thomas, Hugh, Joseph, and another Hugh.
Don't know if your Michael is the same as my Michael but it's worth a look.

Michael WARD died 1944 Dungloe. Jane DOHERTY died in 1953. Son Michael died 1984 and another son (at least I think he is a son) Patrick of St Crone's, 1912 - 1994.
All buried in Dungloe.

Michael Ward, son of Samuel, married 1888 in Glenfin to Marjorie/Margaret McBrearty, b 6 Jul 1865 to James McBrearty and Mary Breslin. They had a dau Mary b. c1889 who is living with her grandparents in Corraine, Kilteevoge Parish in 1901.
A son Samuel b.1890 is living with his grandfather in Carrickmagrath in 1911 - the 1901 Goland DED census is missing from National Archives
A dau Maggie b.1893 d. c1894
Michael Ward married 2. Jane Doherty c1895
Michael Ward and Jane Doherty are in Glenties in 1901 and Dungloe 1911
Michael Ward and wife Jane Cunningham, married in 1892, are in Glencolmcille in 1901 and 1911
