Would anyone be able to know if there is a gravestone for my G G G Grandfather Robert Burnie b1810 approx and died in the quarter of Jan-March 1867 in Preston.
Any info or a photo of the grave would be extremely appreciated.

In 1861 - his address was Nelson St Preston which was in the Christchurch Ecclesiastical Parish

Preston Old Cemetery opened in 1855.
According to cemsearch there are 19 Burnies mentioned on a total of four gravestones at Preston Old Cemetery.

I'll nip to the Cemetery Office and find out, I haven't bothered them for a while :D

Sorry it has taken so long, this is the first dry day here in Preston
Robert Burnie was buried in the Non Conformist section Grave No. D 440 NC. The grave was paid for by Ellen Burnie
the grave stone reads...
Robert Burnie who departed this life, January 5th 1867, Aged 58
Also James Lambert Burnie who died February 17th 1869, Age 27
Also George Burnie, son of above, who died November 3rd 1871, Age 29
Also, Ellen, wife of above named Robert Burnie who died May 2nd 1879, Aged 72
Also David Burnie son of above who died February 1887, Aged 34
Also Jane Smith, daughter of above who departed this life February 23rd 1898, Aged 62
Also Thomas their son who departed this life November 5th 1900, Aged 52
A photograph will appear very shortly, when I can find my camera ??? ???
