Could someone kindly clean up this photo for me. I believe the man in the back row - right hand side, is my uncle Mornington Mansell (1904-1936) & this MAY be a cricket team in Norton-on-Tees? Any help would be appreciated.

Certainly 1920's & possibly into the early 30's.
