Allan,  I have been trying to locate a Birth Certificate or verification for my Grandfather. His military docs say: Frederick Eli Sims, B: 1897  Lu Hureaux, Guernsey, Channel Islands. Parents were William Harry Sims & Maryanne Jennings.  Sent to the Greff? and was told there is no record.  Any help will be appreciated. ty

William Harry Sims     

Their daughter Adelaide Matilda Louise was baptised  14.8.1887 at St Paul Lorrimore Sq Southwark

Adelaide married Gerald R Davis in 1913 in Southampton
