Is it possible to find out who lived at:

46 Chancery Lane, Ardwick, Manchester Lancashire. In the 1841 Census Please.

Hi Paul the 1841 has a Chancery Lane Chorlton not Ardwick, long road no numbers though, who are you looking for?

Thank you for the reply. My enquiry may be a strange one, but here goes. I have been looking for years for my great grandfather HENRY WARD prior to his 1925 Manchester Marriage to trace his birth and parents.
In 1841 census a Henry Ward is listed in Chancery Lane. Also in the 1841 PIGOT & SLATER Manchester & Salford Directory there is MARTHA WARD (his wife and maybe Mothers name) living in 46 CHANCERY Lane.

Hi Paul the only Henry Ward living in Chancery Lane Chorlton, but shows as Ardwick when clicked on is a Henry Ward aged 37 b Lancs sharing with a Ann Jones aged 58
