Title: Completed - In need of expert help - restore 1935 photo

This is a real mess and I hope it can be made more presentable. I have not attempted to remove the sellotape along the top but unfortunately someone else has on the left.

Can it also be made a little larger without losing detail?

Without the cigarette he looks even more grim Hippy - not that I find the cigarette enhances things! Thanks for the straightening Irene - does make a difference.
