I am looking for any information about the Quirke families. The only info I have at the moment is:
Mary Quirke...Born 3d. October 1878 approx.
Michael Quirke.... 12th. June 1886 approx.
Denis Quirke... .3rd. Feb 1888 approx.
Joseph Quirke.... 18th. May 1890 approx
.
The father of them is John Quirke married to Ellen Sullivan in 1876.
All were born in Cork or a town nearby.
Thanks

Some of these are before the marriage date you mentioned (is this detail verified?) although the date for Mary's birth matches exactly ... there might be another couple in Cork with the same names
some possible matches in the extracted births on Familysearch - looks like this family were in Cork City for at least some of them :
see: Quirke/Sullivan search (https://www.familysearch.org/search/records#count=20&query=%2Bsurname%3AQuirke~%20%2Bfather_givenname%3AJohn~%20%2Bmother_givenname%3AEllen~%20%2Bmother_surname%3Asullivan~&collection_id=1584963)
Unfortunately none of these have page numbers which you can use to cross-reference the births with the civil BMD Index and register - but it might be possible to find a possible matches by name and year. The registration district on the BMD Index would be Cork (as in City and surrounds)
The extracted records include some of the civil births between 1864 and about 1880 - so would not include the younger children - Michael, Denis or Joseph.

correction ... one the the extracted births does include a page reference :
Name: Honorah Quirke
Birth date: 12 Sep 1869
Birthplace: 8 South, Cork
Reference : 185
Parents : John Quirk & Ellen Sullivan
('8 South' is the sub district)
and here's the corresponding Index record :
Name: Honorah Quirk
Registration district: Cork
Event type: Birth
Year: 1869
Volume: 15 / Page: 185
you can use these details to order a birth cert from the GRO which will show more details.

and at least one has a baptism shown on www.irishgenealogy.ie
I think that it is Hanora on 16th September 1869 but has been transcribed as Hanna.
