WILDE 1963, some time has past since your posting.
I am also researching Jenks. Would be interested to know how you obtained this early information, and have you gathered any more.
My Jenks line is from Sansaw Heath, Grinshill and Lee Brockhurst 1750's.
I also discovered a Pedigree of Jenks for Asterton, who had links to Ludlow Castle. Not mine.

Hi Tom,
I'm on nights at the moment so I'll get back to you soonest and maybe if you are somewhere near Shrewsbury we could meet up.
Anyway, are we distantly related could be. Jenks was not always their name. They have changed it a few times, John Rhys Llywelyn changed his sons name to Cambrae to become Jenkyn Cambrae when he moved to Wolverston nr Church Stretton. JC  married Dorothy Colling dau of Sir Walter Colling and Anne Staughton, both of Church Stretton. Their son John Jenks married Alice Bowdler dau of Sir Stephen Bowdler and Joan Bryson. If you go to Rowland Jenks b1414 -type in Histfamjenks you may be able to go up and down from him. Its a fantastic line
I leave the Jenks line at Anne Jenks who married John Tayleur. Let me know how you got on.
All the best Graham

Thanks for responding Graham,
You have done well. Jenks of Wolverton is right.
I obtained the Pedigree from The Visitation of Shropshire 1623.
