I have John William Williams born 24 Jun 1856 Starky Yates, New York, U.S.A. John died 30 Aug 1941 in Laceyville, Wyoming, Pennsylvania, U.S.A. according to his death certificate.
I can not find him in any of the census´.
John was married to Setitia Austin born 2 Aug 1857 in Cameron Milles, Stuben, New York,U.S.A.
I would like to know if they can be found in any of the census´.
I would like more info on Setitia Austin. Her name might also have been spelled Letitia.

He's widowed listed as boarder. Living with Samuel and Sarah Ostrander. John H. Williams, b. Oct 1890, is there also listed as nephew.

Here are some links to some other census. This looks like it could be daughter Lena.
In 1910, I found a Lena M Williams living with her grandmother Margaret Austin in Rathbone, Steuben County, NY. Margaret has had 5 children, 2 living.

In 1920, Frank Austin is living with his mother Margaret and his sister Maud his in Auburn Township, Susquehanna County, PA. Frank is a physician with a general practice. (which matches what you mentioned of Letitia's brother being a doctor).

This could be John and Letita's son Claud. He is listed as adopted son of George and Polly Torrance in 1905.

Looking through all this information it looks as if John Austin Asten - Born in England about 1616
and who died 24 August 1657 in Stamford, Fairfield, Connecticut married Catherine Hubbert [or Hubbard] in New London. John Austin born about 1616 (d.1657) was one of eleven Greenwich men who in 1656 acknowledged allegiance to the New Haven Jurisdiction, to constitute part of the Stamford Colony in Connecticut. He and his wife Catherine had sons Samuel (1647 - d.1657), John (d.1673) and Thomas(1653 - 1710) and a daughter Elizabeth Austin Finch (1649 - 1688) Family members lived in Connecticut, New York and elsewhere. John Austin died at the age of 41 just 2 years after the birth of his youngest son. The following generations are listed on the link below:-
