Hi to all you wonderful restorers. Can someone do a quick clean on this old photo please? Many thanks in advance.
Also, I'm curious. What do you suppose is in his pocket?
-
Can't do colour RM - hope this will at least do something - (what I am never sure - but something!! ;)) In his pocket - errrm something he doesn't want to lose. ::)
But I wish men wouldn't have their hands in their pockets when they have photos taken - It doesn't help the look of the coat does it! ;)

Hi Wiggy.
TX for working on my pic. It looks crisper & brighter. I totally agree with men & their hands ... and apparently weird things in their pockets. ::) They just make clothes hang wrong.
I met this gent when he was well into his 80s - lovely man - one of my OH's relatives that went to Oz that I thought might be one of yours too - but not the case we found.
TX again.

Hi RM,
I would say the thing in his pocket is a pocket watch and the chain is fed through the button hole in his lapel.
You can just make out a circular protusion from the inside of his pocket.
Guess the guy hasn't got a wrist watch ;D

Interesting pjs12. I've never seen someone hang a watch from a button hole. TX for the insight.

;D One from me

Greatly appreciated Rachel-2. The young woman's face is quite a bit brighter & clearer now. :)
It's too bad the picture's focus is best in the area of the their legs instead of their faces isn't it?
-
Hmmmm had another look at their faces and there's not much detail there.
Have lightened, darkened, blurred, sharpened and 'tweaked' as much as possible

Deleted mine, it was rubbish.

TX Rachel-2. I didn't mean for you to take another run at it, but sure appreciate that your did. :) :) :)
Thanks for having a go at it Mike. I didn't get a glimpse at it, but am sure it was better than you're alluding to. ;D ;D ;D

I nearly always do a revised version or two.
When pics upload on here they tend to lose contrast and colour.
Yes c'mon Mike put yours back ;D or tell us what you didn't like about it

Bullied by the opposite sex ::) ::)
