Samuel Harris married Mary Baker, Liskeard July 1888. Issue daughters, Winifred A.; Gladys & Margaret(twins). Daughters found on 1901 Census Parents whereabouts not known. Any information after this date on this family please??? Thank you ???Ysie.

Mary Harris remarried 1897 to William Bartlett she was living near her mother in 1901 -her daughters Margaret & Gladys became known Bartlett

Wow - Thank you for the info. I shall have to look for the death of Samuel, at least if the children took the name of Bartlett I guess Samuel died. Just a couple more mysteries to clear up on this family, no rest for the wicked. Again sincere thanks Ysie

If you look at the BMD site I wonder if Samuel died in Plymton 1894 age 41 or Truro 1895 age 49-as he was missing from the 1891 census he could have been working away?

Thank you both. I am awaiting the marriage cert. for Mary and William to confirm Mary was widowed.
I also noted that the twins were Registered September 1891. I shall look into the deaths you have suggested. Have another few weeks before the Certificate arrives. Ysie.
