Hello there
Is there anyone from roughpark/aughinsh who may be able to throw any light at all on my gt gt grandmother a marjory (coyle.) who was born there in 1849 Her parents were a hugh (coyle) and rossana (coyle )maiden name (freel).marjory coyle left ireland at a young age and sailed to glasgow where she settled ,possibly without her parents .at the age of 19 in 1866 she met and married a patrick o'flannagan who originated from armagh.try as i may she remains elusive, the slightest piece of information which may come from later generations in roughpark/aughinsh would i assure you be truly appreciated.Thanks in anticipation. family of Coyle still living at RoughPark in 1901 and 1911 might be your relatives, they must have been flax seed growers for the linen industry.
