Title: Ribbons ID
Post by: colinwatson9 on Sunday 12 June 11 14:47 BST (UK)
Hi was wondering if anybody could ID the ribbons on attached picture.
These were my fathers who served in RN 1943-46 attached to DEMS.
I am sure 2 are for Pacific & Atlantic but not sure which ones, the others I have no idea.
thanks in advance
Colin.

Colin,
- 1939-45 Star
- Atlantic Star with rosette denoting a clasp worn on the medal itself. Your father wasn't aircrew so it'll denote the France & Germany Star

Thanks both for your quick responses.
Dad always talked about them but could never be sure what they were for.
