how could i find school records for richard c thomas school in bloxwich, walsall?

Try walsall archives in essex street. They have a website and their phone number and address is on there. One of my brothers went to that school. He was born late 50's. I think the r stood for richard. Also the school is probably on friends reunited, there may be some pics or names which may be useful.

think a trip to the history centre is in need!! i only live 10 mins away so have no excuse!

If they have no records at essex street,the only other place i could think to go is to the education authority for walsall but how far you would get, i don't know. I doubt it if stafford archives centre have anything as i suspect they would probably be dealt with  local ,but they may not have been handed over to local archives. They should be able to point you in the right direction.
