Title: John Edwards baptism

I am looking for the birth of a John Edwards born abt 1797, in 1817 he married Hannah Hoare of Stapleton, Gloucestershire, census records say he was also born in Stapleton but can not find a birth for him could someone please help me out.

The nearest baptism of a John EDWARDS that I could find is as follows:-
John EDWARDS, son of Samuel & Jane, baptised at SS Philip & Jacob, 15th May 1796.

Thanks very much for that Victor I have suspected that is the correct baptism for my John Edwards.
