Could some kind person do a lookup for  ...

Matthew Hartley   Age 34   born Newchurch in Pendle
Betty Hartley    Age 40   born Bacup
Howarth Hartley   Age 1   born Oswaldtwistle

There could be other children.  The family resided at Accrington in the 1881 census.
