you can get some good clues from the Free 1911 Index

http://www.1911census.co.uk/search/tnaform.aspx?2

We cant do an actual search due to the Terms and Conditions of the Hosting site

You could also invest in the 1932 Marriage Certificate to see their Fathers' names.

Hi and thanks, I remember the good old days when people could help each other without fear of copyright, guess money is more important. ???

Hello Sinnott,

you're fortunate that you have Abraham Ashall - there is only one in the 1911 indexes  :)

Just go to 1911 http://www.1911census.co.uk/search/tnaform.aspx

and search for Ashall but put Abraham Ashall in the boxes for 'other members of the household'.

People are very willing to help but unfortunately we can't do with regard to 1911. Hopefully this helps and explains the situation.

The index is free to search and there are lots of suggestions on this thread:
