Could anyone brighten up this photo of Great Grandmother please.

Your photo was easily restored, getting it on here is another matter entirely. What is the .php extension you had on it? I've never heard of that. I see photo size here is 50Kb, my jpg is 6 Mb. I've uploaded it to my Flickr for you to download

Hi Alex, thanks for the beautiful restores. I honestly don't know that I did anything different to normal with this picture. I am a novice at this and there is strong possibility that I messed up somehow, but generally I just scan, save and upload. Thanks again for fantastic improvements. Fiona
