Title: Stoney Stanton Road, Coventry c1905-11

I have been told that my husband's  great-great grandfather Charles Garside had a cafe in Stoney Stanton Road.  He married for the 2nd time in 1905 in Coventry (to Marjorie Pagett) and then died in Coventry in 1911 - address listed as 305 Stoney Stanton Road.
How can I find out if the info. about the cafe is correct - are there street plans, business directories etc. which would list a cafe?
Any help or advice would be appreciated.

Kellys Directory of Warwickshire for 1912 lists John Garside having "Dining Rooms" at 305 Stoney Stanton Road in Coventry.
