Hi,
I have read elsewhere that the Vyvyan's can be traced as far back as the 12th century. I want to establish whether there is a connection to the Vyvyans of Trelowarren, Cornwall which is listed in the Domesday book.
Can someone please do a look up of possible parents for Elizabeth Vyvyan above - how far back can you go with the Vyvyan line in the parish records?
Many regards,
Erica Gunn

There are several possibilities.
Which parish are you looking for specifically.
If you google "Visitations of Cornwall" you will find the family tree for the Vivian/Vyvyan family back to Henry III.

The earliest Elizabeth Vivian on parish records is a baptism on 26 May 1662 in Camborne (Trelowarren is in Camborne) with father listed as John, if this is any help.
