Title: Alexander Sutherland & Catherine Henderson

    Hi I am looking for info on Alexander & Catherine Sutherland he was born about 1811 they were married 1831(Bower) and had 12 children . He died at Todholes , would be grateful for any stories even where they are buried thinking of coming up to Caithness for a visit .

I believe Todholes to be a farm probably (between Thurso and Halkirk) and it seems likely that the family would be buried in Thurso.

Hi James thanks for your info  you are correct todholes farm is there I was  there in August  ,Alex & Catherine are not buried in Thurso I checked the cemetery at Thurso then went to Halkirk cemetery could be there but was like looking for needle in a hay stack  still looking.
