Thanks for both of you replies.

Bernard was my granddad, all i really know is that he was born in Coatbridge in 1908 and died in 1966. if you have any other bits of info on him that would really be great . Also i know next to nothing on his parents so if you know any thing on them that would be a bonus .

Hi Luke

Hopefully you and Pat can exchange your emails via the Personal Message service (PMs), a good way to exchange personal info  :) Just click on the small green scroll under Pat's name on the l/s side, this will take you through to the PM service which works very much like a standard email service with an in/outbox.
