Title: Coulthard - photo restore please
Post by: kickbuttgirlie on Wednesday 11 May 11 14:59 BST (UK)
Hi Everyone,

Just received a lovely wee parcel in the post. Inside were a few family certificates and very precious photos and I hope you can work your magic on them. there are a few but will post one at a time. They are all approx 2" square so I have scanned them at 600dpi, well I hope I have.

This gentleman is my great grandfather William Lodge Coulthard, he was a Merchant Seaman. I assume this is the photo taken from his M.S. papers. I don't mind if the stamp remains as it is a date stamp but could it be taken off of his face if at all possible also can anyone tell me what the badge on his lapel could be?

Thank you all

KBG

No restore request, just a question from someone having a senior moment :-)
Please, can someone point me to the right board / topic or whatever where I can learn something about inserting / adding pictures to a message. I had seen a board where one can practice this, but I cannot find it again.

Thank you!

Maria - flustered :-)
