Look at the Aberdeen City and Aberdeenshire Archives website for their catalogue. You will not find names listed, but will see what poor law (parochial board) records survive for each parish. Unfortunately many have been lost or destroyed. There is almost nothing for the city of Aberdeen itself. There is a set of folders with an index of names of recipients for the  various parishes at the Archives. There is also a set in the library of the Aberdeen and North East Scotland Family History Society.

You do not give a date or names. Before the start of the Parochial Boards relief was mostly given through the church and the minutes of the kirk sessions often contain details of payments in cash or kind.

Graham.
