According to FreeBMD (http://www.freebmd.org.uk/cgi/search.pl) the following people married in Durham  in Q3 1872:-

Marriages Sep 1872
Donohoe    Mary         Durham    10a   514
KELLY    Peter         Durham    10a   514

Their Marriage Certificate should state their fathers' name/occupation.

Thanks for both replies , I  have since been informed that unfortunately the Donohough Family in Durham has no connection to me because in 1891 the John I was seeking was living in Liverpool , Married a Mary Allen with Children .

The main problem I am meeting is the constant variants to the Surname , plus different Dates .

Best Wishes

Tony Donoghue
