 Hi :),

  I'm looking for a Catherine Brooke who was born about 1527 in Cobham in kent, her dads name was George Brooke and her mums name was Anne Bray.

  What I'm trying to confirm is that the Catherine Brooke born about 1527 in Cobham ,Kent(mentioned above) was the same Catherine Brooke who married a George Kymton in 1568 in Bengeo, Hertfordshire.

Hi

How would you prove that Catherine Brooke born abt 1527 is the same Catherine who married in 1568?  She'd be aged abt 41 which is relatively late for a bride at that time.  Could she have been a widow?
