further to my message of a number of weeks ago regarding michael callaghan and mary maher -ireland to adelaide in 1846- i may have stumbled onto something new!! it could possibly be michael callaghan married mary mahony at inchigeelagh ,cork , around 1820. does this ring a bell with anybody?? thanks, mick.

I am descended from farmer Michael Callaghan & Mary Mahony from Inchigeelagh who had children from 1828-1845 John, Jacob, Michael, Daniel, Patrick, James, Margaret, Jeremiah & Denis. Denis was married in 1875 in Clondrohid Parish, Cork. I don't have any other information on the other members of this family.
