Title: Photo to restore

I found this, identified photo. I think it spent many years inside a locket. Can anyone restore this a little so we can see the possible face. I know that this is a huge ask seeing what I have attached.

Any effort appreciated. :)

Hi eevee :)

I've cropped off all the white space (the scanner lid) and turned it around. 
It's an OK scan and it's good that you did it at 600dpi, but I think given that the photo is in poor shape, if you could do a scan in full colour, rather than in greyscale, it would give the restorers more to work with.
