Title: 1861 census lookup - West Derby

Hi!

Would be grateful, if anyone could locate a Richard Tyler for me on the 1861 census. According to his birth certificate he was born on the 13/01/1860, his parents William and Elizabeth.  The address on his birth certificate is 14. Rock Mount, Old Swan, Sub district West Derby, Registration District West Derby & Toxteth Park.

Would be grateful for any help.

Found two Rock Mount's numbered cons. a southern and another.
In another  9/2736/96  William Tiller 38 Stone Mason Herefordshire Steins?bridge  Elizabeth 32 Knotty Ash Lancs, George 5 b. as father, Richard 1 West Derby, Lancs
