Title: David Graham, 92d
Post by: Bruce777 on Thursday 21 April 11 00:52 BST (UK)
Hello,

Could anyone advise if there is a list of participants in the Battle of Waterloo available? We are trying to establish whether David Graham, born c1790, married Betty Graham 1813 and listed as 'Soldier 92d' on the marriage record was at Waterloo  - or anywhere else for that matter.

Any advice gratefully recieved,

Thanks

Bruce

hi bruce
he,s not in waterloo roll call or in any service/pension records so it,s more likely he didn,t get enough years in to qualify for pension  , all other records were destroyed after 20 years of a mans service .
now there are another 500,000 records to come on line in sep but i doubt given the dates you,ve posted he will be in them , but still worth asking at that time just in case, as it doesn,t take long to access them
