I am just trying to figure out how to navigate the site, looking for family history , My Grandma was Rachel Phillips (born Barrett) and her Mother was Rosa Lee Cook.
My Mom is Erna Aileen Phillips (born Morgan)
My Father Ricky Dale Lee of Texas , ties to Chireno , Texas Masons and Bobby Joe Lee was his father, I was told we have tis to Robert E lee?

I am also interested in the Metoyer Family tree out of  la around Cane River and In Pontiac, Mi. (for my child)

I helped someone a few years ago, I believe it was with her Metoyer branch (she lives in California).  Have you been able to verify your child's ancestors on census returns and other documents, in order to find a connection to the Metoyer's?
