Looking for information about Joseph and David Kerr and their families. Both born early 1700's in Co. Antrim, Ireland.
any help or information on any of these relations would be most appreciated,
George (USA)

Do you have any more details? Kerr is a very common surname but "early 1700's" is long before the start of civil registration, most church records, census records, etc. To even start looking for Irish records you will also need a more exact location than "Co.Antrim"- parish if not actual townland.

Thanks for getting back in-touch. Sorry about the "little" information. I knew that Kerr was a well-known used name in that part of Ireland. As for parish... no I do not.
Joseph Kerr was the son of David and Jean (Boyd) Kerr. All I have is Co. Antrim Both parents born around 1670.

Teressa,
Thanks for replying.... to my Kerr request.
I just love a "good" puzzle and Ballymena, Co. Antrim is a great place to start looking. I have been able to fin other ancestors in that area.
As for your David.... where did he live? My Joseph Kerr emigrated to the Charlotte, Mecklenburg County, NC area.
I'll keep an eye out for your David,
George
