Title: Charles Gingell
Post by: Forest Fairy on Wednesday 16 March 11 14:30 GMT (UK)
I am looking for information regarding my Great-uncle Charles Gingell.  He lived in Eckington with his wife Louisa and children Catherine and Samuel.
Charles was a boot repairer and had been in the Salvation Army.
He died in 1946 at the grand old age of 87.

Sorry, his wife's name was Henrietta.  Trying to do too many names at the same time.  That'll teach me.
Thanks to you all.

Thanks Craig
This is my Charles.  I originally sent you the information on the family and have done a lot of work since then.  I have, I think, managed to trace the family back to 1661 and a Henry Gingell from Easington near Stroud.  We appear to be completely separate from the Wiltshire branch.
Should you need any more info. email on the address you have for your website.
Regards
Heather
