I am trying to establish the date of marriage of William Royal BARNARD and Annie BARNARD, maiden name unknown, I believe it would have been prior to 1919 but later than 1915

After viewing your other thread on this family, I don't think they were married.
The multiple registrations for the birth of William Aubrey Blundell/Kimpton/Barnard
usually indicate some illegitimacy
There is no marriage registered for this couple in Victoria.
Am happy to be proven incorrect

Electoral rolls:
1919 at Rupert St West Footscray
BARNARD Catherine, HD
BARNARD Margaret, HD
BARNARD William Royal, bottle hand
1931 at 11 Holmwood Rd, Brooklyn
BARNARD Wm Royal, quarryman
BARNARD Mary Lavina, HD
1936 at 71 Couch St, Sunshine
BARNARD William Rayal, labourer

If this is the right person this is likely to be her birth

barnarg,
I offered on your other thread to provide Memorial Inscriptions and interment details from FOOTSCRAY Cemetery.
You have not responded.
As there is some searching and typing involved it would be best if I knew you actually did not already have the information. ;)

There was NO marriage between William Royal BARNARD & Annie Isabel BLUNDELL, she was already married to George KIMPTON in 1915.
It seems to me that she had an affair while her husband George KIMPTON was in the armed forces for a few years all of that appearing to be overseas 1915 to 1919 to which the child William Aubrey BARNARD/BLUNDELL/KIMPTON was born out of.
If you read George KIMPTON's service records on the NAA they will give you dates that looking to me would prove this.
Futher records show that Annie & George appear to have remained married after her possible indiscretion as they appear on the Electorals Rolls together up until 1954 & probably to their deaths which were in the early 1960's.

Thank you Sue for your offer. I am aware of the inscriptions on the graves at the Footscray Cemetry.
