hi could anyone help with this cause of death please?
I think it might say ....
"lo Anemia"
"chronic nehritis"
and
Rheumatic Endocarditis"
Appreciate anyone who can advise and also explain the medical bit
Thanks

Nephritis is to do with the kidneys http://www.bbc.co.uk/health/physical_health/conditions/nephritis1.shtml

I think it says 1a rather than "lo". Then under is [1]b, followed by 11 (meaning 2).
-
It is '1a' Uraemia which is caused by kidney failure.
Under that is 'b' chronic nephritis.
If I remember correctly, the causes are listed as a and b. a is the immediate cause while b is the underlying condition which led to the immediate cause.

Little Nell has it,
1a Uraemia
1b Chronic Nephritis
Rheumatic Endocarditis.

The Rheumatic Endocarditis is damage to the heart probably from previous rheumatic fever.
