Could someone please do a Burial/Birth Look Up for a Mary Heeps born around 1809 Great Billing.
Got a burial date of 14 March 1847 in Draughton, not sure if this is her, would like exact age at death, or birth date.
Thanks Cheryl

Thanks Trish, her age at death is what we really need. There is a son - Nathaniel - which we are not sure if it is hers - christened 23 dec 1845/buried 25 dec 1845. Parents Mary and James Heeps.
She was married to James Heeps (12/4/1830 Great Billing) Marys maiden name was lilley and her fathers name was Nathaniel.
This is why we are hoping it is the 14/mrch/1847. Her age at death will tell us.
Thanks any help is greatly appreciated.

I know its late but hopefully Cheryl is receiving emails. If not it will help others.
With the new GRO indexes I thought I would check this line to confirm dates etc. I also had Mary dying in 1845 but the GRO suggest it was Mary the daughter born c1841.

Nathaniel is also listed in the index in the Brixworth area. Dying in 1845 as well.
HEEPS, NATHANIEL 0 1845 D Quarter in BRIXWORTH Volume 15 Page 148
Yet strangely there is a record of a Nathaniel Heeps with Lilley as mothers name being born in 1846?? In the same district. My only thought is that my records ( which I cant guarantee accuracy) have Nathaniel being baptised Dec 23 1845. I wonder if he died shortly after then his birth was registered in 1846.

The timeline for this family is tight as James the father and James 1834 the son with Lucy Heeps b 1836 and sister Elisa 1832 arrive in South Australia on board the China arr. Dec 18 1847 (Lucy Obituary http://nla.gov.au/nla.news-article59249356 )

Shipping Intelligence. I think Mary must have originally been on the boarding list as the newspaper reports say James and 3 children and Eliza is named as well ( being 15 would be the reason) or it could be a double up. http://nla.gov.au/nla.news-article158925362
James senior remarries in Adelaide to a Mary Smith in 1848 which leaves no doubt his previous wife has died.
If anyone can fill in some of these holes it would be very appreciated. :)
