Hello, Someone (I think it was Moinear) last year was enquiring on this site about the Halligans of Kilkenny and the Quanns of Waterford. I have only just found the post on Google and wondered if I could help. We must be distant cousins since Michael Halligan and Mary Quann were my grandparents.
