Not with any certainty, and not online.
The marriage looks to be 1898 with a bride's surname Hampton.
Check Romford district Potter births with MMN Hampton to come up with candidates post 1911

Hi
The births of the children all took place in Essex. Romford (or Dagenham) did not become part of Greater London until 1965. Your request may be better placed on the Essex board.

Thank you very much for your very quick reply, it has filled in the gaps for me I am very grateful. I think the death could be my great granfather's death who I never knew.
Thank you

George Potter was my later father-in-law's uncle. Ronald Potter was my husaband's father, and the son of Alfred Potter and his wife Eva Hart.
PM me if you would like further information.

:)Hello
Thank you for the contact.
I remember Alfred James Potter, he was my father Arthur Bernard Potter,s older brother, but I am sure the family always called your father in law James not Alfred. My dad always visited his brothers on Boxing Day every year with my two brothers Brian and Alan. Are you in contact with any of the other Potters?
Regards
Avril
