Hi,
I am trying to locate a Baptism Certificate for a family member born in Kharagpur India on 07.05.1932, but have drawn a blank with the GRO in England and the British Library.
I have his parents and his siblings Baptism Certificate's, but I cannot find his one under the family surname.
He may have been illegitimate and it is possible that he may have been baptised under another surname
Short of contacting "All Saints Church" in Kharagpur where his other siblings were baptised, are there any other option open to me.
Kind regards

Maybe you should look in the site for orphans in the India index FIBS .? THERE IS A SECTION WHERE CHILDREN HAVE BEEN LEFT IN ORPHANAGE'S IN INDIA REGARDS DEE

Hi Dee,
Thank you for recommending the FIBIS site, as it was appreciated.
Unfortunately, I had no success and I am having to re-investigate other resources that I have tried before.
Kind regards
