Thank you so much. I am trying to find out what happened to him when he emigrated. All I know is, that he joined the Australia Army and know nothing else.
Does anyone know if there is a site online to see if he got married?

Hi there,
I don't think he emigrated at the beginning of the last century.... I don't think he was even born until nearly 25% of the last century had ticked by !
His WWII service records have not been digitised yet, but I think he is listed on the online index of the National Archives of Australia He may still be living, in which case there's the RChat policy to respect, and there's also Australian Privacy Laws, Guidelines etc regarding living persons expectations to privacy.

Hi,
If you go to the WWII Nominal Roll Website (http://www.ww2roll.gov.au/) you can print out a certificate with Albert's details including date and place of birth, enrolment date and place and next of kin amongst other details.
