Does anyone have any photos of any members of the Lockett, Harrison and Dean families who all lived in Halmerend throughout the 19th century and whose families are very intertwined by marriages
Any help would be so gratefully received

Good Morning,
Have you tried contacting the Audley and District Family History Society? They are a very helpful bunch and 9 times out of 10 can put you in the right direction.

Your welcome.... :D
I have found two pictures in "Never to Return, A Record of Those Commemorated on the War Memorials of Auldey, Talke, Scot Hay and Butt Lane" published by the society. One is of Charles Edward Dean born 1880 in Audley and died at Delville Wood on the Somme in 1916 and his body was never recovered. The other is Leonard Dean born abt 1892 at Audley and interred in Belgium 20 Sept. 1917.
Other books you could try are the "Audley Historian" published by the society and can be found in the library but have sent you a message.
