I am trying to trace more details of Alfred Gibson Jalland and his wife, Jeannie Josephine. Mrs Jalland inherited a fortune following the death of James Poole Wagstaff, 1903. National newspapers record the inheritance dispute and the bigamous marriage which had taken place in London. I am a descendant of the Wagstaff family in Bedfordshire.
