I'm not an expert but are you certain this is an island? Sgaraileod seems to be a locality, and there is a Sgaraileod Pier.  Just a thought.

There is indeed an awful lot of water in the eastern pendicles but, as the other folks have suggested, Scaraleod is on the Benbecula mainland and not a separate island.
