Dear List,
I have some GRAHAMS in my family tree from Langbedholm/Longboddom/Longbottom. It has been spelt many different ways.
Two questions :- where is it and is it the same place as Langholm?
Many thanks.

Dont know if this is any help to you but there is a Longbedholm Farm and Longbedholm Hill at Beattock/Kirkpatrick Juxta near Moffat .

"The road had, after all, to go via Moffat, turning sharply to the left at Langbedholm two miles north of Beattock and then passing over the Chapel Brae to Moffat"

Definately think it is just a few miles from Beatock.
Thanks. Any other information would be gratefully received.
