Hi again,
Pallots Marriage index has this;
Wm ALLGOOD
Ann WILKES, 1820, Chelsea, St Lukes

Now a Family Tree has Ann as Mary Ann Wilkes and Phoebe and Mary Ann (her Daughters) transported to Australia.
Is this your Tree or are you in contact with the person whose it is???

Hi CAPTAIN BLOOD,
Could you please tell me?
Was Phoebe Matilda ALLGOOD transported to Van Diemens land after conviction 13-Sep 1841 at

I have done some more research and it is possible that the Marriage to Mary Ann WILKES is incorrect.
I need to find all the Childrens Christenings to confirm.

I will post everything I find later.

I looked at the 1851 Census again and although indexed Mary A Allggod born c 1799, Birmingham, Middlesex I am sure it should be Warwickshire;
It reads;
Wa, Birmingham
Maria born c 1824 is the same.

1861 census living with THOMAS born c 1828 is;
John GALWER, 37
Betsey Galwer, 43, born Birmingham (1818)

Christening;
Betsey ALLGOOD, 27 Dec 1816, St Mary, Birmingham, Warwickshire
Birth 29 Sept 1816
On the same Batch is;
MARIA, Chr. 04 Oct 1819, Birth 15 March 1817
 (may have died and another Maria born later)

Marriage;
William ALLGOOD
Mary Ann KIMBERLEY, 25 Dec 1815, Aston Juxta, Birmingham, Warwickshire

All on IGI at Familysearch, Extracted Records.

Christening, Familysearch Pilot;
Thos Kimberley ALLGOOD,
16 Oct 1825, St George the Martyr, Southwark, Surrey
Birth 27 Sept 1825
Abode King St Borough
Father WM
Mother MARY ANN

I rest my case :)

Thank you Trish.
Our family only knew of her as Matilda.
