Title: Any chance my brother's head can be restored?
Post by: KitCarson on Monday 27 December 10 16:53 GMT (UK)
I have no idea where Steve's head went, but have been reunited with this picture of me (little blondie), sister Christina and brother Steve.  Anyone willing to have a go?   :o

All offerings gratefully received.  Kit

Hi Kit

I've started, but not quite finished but it's past my bedtime so I will post my version tomorrow.  Marking this thread so I know where to post it.

Caroline and the others here have done fantastic jobs on the colouring and restoration jobs that I have set them so expect I am sure that you will be amazed by what they do for you.

I had a play in my amateur way, not really a restoration, just a bit of a rebuild for fun. I will watch this thread with interest and see what the experts can do.  :) :) :)

Hi Kit

Here's my go.  I've added some slight texture to it, but I can post one without if you prefer.

If there is anything you would like changed, don't hesitate!

Regards
Caroline

PS Weren't you just a cheeky adorable little thing!  :)

My pleasure Guy, you have some wonderful pics and it's a pleasure to work on them.  For a beginner, you have done an excellent job on the repair, I hope you attempt more restores.  :)

My goodness!  You've all been busy working away whilst I've been slumbering.  I'm absolutely overjoyed with the results.  I really didn't think you would be able to do much with it.  Steve will be pleased too  ;D

Trevor, you are an absolute magician!  Thank you sooo much.
Guy, loving your work and totally agree with Caroline.
Tony has given me a beautiful textured picture, Bill has added wonderful colour and rsinbad has produced a great version giving Steve a lovely smile.
Caroline, yours is just lovely as it is.

I now have loads of versions to choose from.

For some reason I always seemed to be making a face.  Have never much liked having my photo taken.

Look forward to seeing more of your fine work when I post some other images. (I suppose I really should offer my own avatar up for restoration  I bet you're all just itching to do it every time I post!)
