Hi,

Go into your profile and then click on Membership related settings, follow the instructions.  Remember to put your current password into the "Current Password" box then click on change profile.

i tried that and it still dosent work..it says i need a valid email address ? i gave an alternative email address ?..my regular email address has been hacked into and i need to divert all corrispondence until i get it all sorted..it hasnt worked i tried several times..thanks

Just tried changing mine - works fine.

As KHP mentions, click on Profile and go to Membership Related Settings. Delete your old E-mail address and input the new one. Also input your current Rootschat password in the last field. Click Change Profile. You will then be sent an E-mail to your new E-mail address. Click on the link in the E-mail to reactivate your account.

Check your spam just in case the notifications have gone there.

If all else fails, suggest a PM to Trystan.
