Happy New Year from Norway!
I am struggeling with a couple of words, but here is what it says:
**************************************************************
Wonderful old house from 1813
The Bank of Norway\s course & holiday resort by the seaside. The new house is 1000m above sea level of the mountkin????
I am going to row over to the docks, the picture is taken far to close, making me look like a giant. It is however the house I want in the picture.
Jan, (Mr.) Norway.

A bigger screen helped, this sentence is, I think:
***********************************************
The new house is 1000m above sea level off the mountain.
***********************************************
Jan, (Mr.) Norway.

Thank you very much for the translation. I have so little information for my grandmother, so it was nice to know what was written on the back of the photo. Once again, thank you.
